Premier Personal Care

Premier Personal Care specializes in Senior Home Care in Bucks County. Dave, Premier Personal Care’s director, and I bumped into each other over and over again over a series of months. Whether it was business card exchanges or networking events, we always seemed to crash into each other.

It was after a couple of our crazy collisions that he confided in me how dissatisfied he was with his Website and how he had dreams of rebuilding it. I never like to pounce on people so I would just listen and nod. It took time but eventually, one very cold day at the end of winter, we sat down and looked at his site together. I listened to what he wanted— which was a slick, professional site that he could be proud of and one that would compel readers to have confidence in his company. He said he wanted to wait until his contract with his current Web designer was over and then we could move forward.

I got a call from him in June and we arranged a couple of meetings at the local Starbucks where I sketched out ideas and took tons of notes. We laughed at how when we met to discuss the site the first time it was freezing and now that we are designing it, it’s boiling outside! Dave really wanted a simple site– easy to navigate and easy to read. I think we accomplished that!
