Friends of Deon

Vincent J. Deon is running for Northampton Township Supervisor and he wanted help in making sure his Internet presence was strong. The first thing I did was create a Website for him. The very first page is his blog which he is using to put out news and announcements that affect the township. I then created Facebook, Twitter and YouTube pages for him and linked them to his Website.

I also created an account on MailChimp where people can sign up for his newsletter and get his latest blog entries delivered to their email inbox. Lastly, I created a number of email newsletter templates for him so when he’s ready to start emailing his supporters, he has a gorgeous email newsletter already designed and he only needs to fill in the words.

Once everything was set up, we sat down and I trained him on how to update the sites. The nice part is that the sites are all interlinked so he really only has to update one and the content then flows from one site to the next until they are all updated.
